Scion Fuze Sport Coupe Concept

At the 2006 New York International Auto Show of 2006, Toyota’s hip, young Scion brand exhibited yet another concept car hinting at the future of actual Scion production models. On display this time around was a sporty coupe called the Fuze; a technological marvel that, if built, would surely cost more than any six other Scions. Still, it sported some neat features, such as a tailgate that folds down to form a bench, a wrap-around windshield inspired by race helmets, and a multi-media dashboard with dual LCD screens and touch-pad controls. On the questionable-taste tip, the Fuze also promises a LCD screen behind the Scion badge on the hood, on which owners can display downloaded (porn?) videos, as well as programmable multi-colored headlights and LED lights in the wheel spokes acting as turn signals. Heck, the brand has done amazingly well, so they must have some idea what they’re doing…
